Community Connect is a secure, online tool that lets you share vital information with the fire department. By creating a free profile, you ensure that firefighters have instant access to important details about your property, your people, your needs, and even your pets — before they arrive.

Your Property

Details such as water sources, gas shutoffs, hazards, solar panels, floorplans or unique building features.

Your People

Number of occupants and emergency contact information for yourself and/or caregivers. 

Your Needs

Accessibility requirements, oxygen or medical equipment onsite, language considerations, or anything responders should know to better assist you.

Your Pets

Type, number, names, and where pets may be located so we can search quickly and safely.

Any information you provide through Community Connect is completely voluntary and can be updated at any time. Data that you provide Community Connect is secure and is used only for the purpose of better serving you during emergency situations. Your information is never used for any other purpose. All logins are password protected with bank level encryption and security.
